Willamette Manor is a stand-alone nonprofit assisted living facility in Lebanon, Oregon, that has been serving area residents for over 90 years.
Willamette Manor is an affordable assisted lifestyle community located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Our one-story building is located in Lebanon Oregon, east of Inter-State 5 between Albany and Sweet Home.
Our mission is to provide quality services with Christian values to seniors and disabled persons in our community.
At Willamette Manor we take living personally. That's why we offer a variety of living arrangements in our 42 apartment facility. We provide meals, housekeeping, nursing services, transportation, activities and caregiving assistance.

We are focused on making you feel at home. A licensed nurse and well trained staff are available to provide you with an extra level of care and promote your well being through health and wellness programs. We take the stress out of health care, by making your doctors appointments and arranging transportation for you. Willamette Manor is staffed 24 hours a day.
Amenities include beauty parlor and barbershop, spa, library, and more. Housekeeping is provided. There are call lights located in the bedroom and bathroom of each individual apartment. Pendant call buttons are also available. Utilities, basic cable, and Wi-Fi are also included.
We have a full service restaurant that serves three healthy, nutritious meals a day plus snacks. We offer Daily specials for all meals and a full service menu with home-style comfort foods as well as a complete healthy choice menu.
Willamette Manor offers a wide variety of programs to enrich the well being of our seniors.
