In addition to our independent apartments and for those who prefer a little extra attention, Horton Plaza in Medford, Oregon has apartments that offer personal care. Our personal care department is a licensed residential care facility with six different levels that are determined by a point-based evaluation.
We offer 16 apartments with an experienced and trained staff on duty 24 hours a day and supervised by a registered nurse. Each resident is evaluated on an ongoing basis to ensure that we are providing the appropriate level of services. Whether you prefer assistance with bathing or just need simple meal reminders, we can accommodate you.

Your small- to medium-sized pets are welcome in any of our apartment homes on any floor of our community. We require a small pet deposit when you and your pet move into your new home.
Take a computer class, check your email, or surf the internet. Our computer room has one computer with a printer for your use anytime of the day or night. Computer classes are scheduled for interested residents as well.
Horton Plaza features an outstanding library loaded with interesting and educational reading and study materials. The comfortable and cozy furnishings and the relaxed atmosphere make this one of the most inviting rooms in our community.
Enjoy your favorite movie or Monday night football with the gang in our comfortable theatre room. Our big-screen television is available for individual watching or group events.
We have four card and game rooms throughout Horton Plaza. Join our weekly poker group or invite your friends for a game or two. Don’t be surprised to find our bridge players, book club, chess club, cribbage players, or mahjong group regularly using these amenities.
Our community features a large activity room used for a multitude of programs and events from lectures and presentations to dances and exercise classes. Additionally, we offer one multipurpose room complete with a kitchen. These rooms are available for family or group events when not in use by one of our many social groups.
