At Courtyard at Mount Tabor, we believe deeply in providing personalized care for each of our residents. This is especially true for our residents who are living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. We require our staff, known as care partners, to continually complete extensive certified training to better support our residents living with memory loss.

Our Memory Care program provides a community for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our highly trained staff works with our residents on a daily basis to support them through their memory loss. Our program is a sought-after, developed program that has been perfected over the course of 14 years. We encourage individuality and stimulation while providing a fun, engaging environment.

Generations Memory Care follows the philosophy of a person-centric culture where one is a whole person first, the person they were and still are, and not identified by their disease or behaviors. We strive to celebrate and highlight the abilities of those we serve.

We require our staff to continually complete extensive certified training to better support our residents living with memory loss. Each of these programs creates an immersive environment focusing on the individual’s strengths to foster moments of achievement.
