Assisted living options include spacious and private studio, 1-bedroom, deluxe 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and deluxe 2-bedroom floor plans. All have a kitchenette and roll in shower for comfort and convenience.

The benefits of assisted services give residents a level of independence that allows them to live on their own yet benefit from services and people for those areas of specific need for them. You will benefit from 24/7 staffing all overseen by an RN dedicated to our assisted living residents.

Designed in our innovative neighborhood concept, a walk through Parkview is inspiring. Throughout are whimsical details painted to reflect the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, including murals of the Columbia Gorge and Portland’s International Rose Test Garden. Our great room’s circular path is dotted with various elements that represent familiar neighborhood landmarks such as a chapel and beauty shop, for residents and guests to sit or stroll and reminisce.

Every space matters and should ignite, invoke, and spark a memory or feeling for our residents. From the antique car parked right inside the building to the use of color and texture throughout to the intimate dining experience each detail is important, purposefully designed, and can make our residents day. This extends to the bedrooms, which are counter to the rest of the facility for a reason. We focus on safety and security in resident’s personal space, to provide maximum privacy and comfort.
