We believe having a Registered Nurse direct our Health Care Services truly enhances our residents’ quality of life. She believes it is important to catch small health problems before they become bigger ones. That’s why she carefully monitors each resident for changing needs and adjusts care plans as needed. This happy and active building has enjoyed a fine reputation and because of that we receive a great many referrals from families and medical professionals.

We take our resident’s lifestyle desires personally and honor their need for affordable services. That’s why we offer six levels of care with a range of options in each rather than charging money for each point of service used, if a resident needs a little more care. Hospice Services are available on site for Woodland Heights residents with a physician’s order. Short Stay: Depending upon availability, Woodland Heights also offers Respite-Stay, giving family caregivers the opportunity to take a vacation or meet other obligations. With a range from two weeks to three months, Woodland Heights can handle your loved one’s short-term care needs.

Our award-winning building offers private, furnished Respite-Stay suites as a convenience to seniors, their families and caregivers. Guests requiring assistance enjoy the comfort and security of a Respite-Stay with us, whether after surgery, during an illness, or when a family member is away, and because we take care to ensure a smooth transition from home to our warm, caring environment, you can rest assured of the quality living at Woodland Heights.  The Woodland Heights Administrator and RN Consultant (also on call 24/7) and 24-hour staff make certain our residents receive the care and assistance they need.  Delicious prepared meals are served in our dining room.
