Rose Linn Care Center is a peaceful assisted living community in West Linn, Oregon. It is within gorgeous Clackamas County which is part of the Beaver State.

The staff at Rose Linn believe that caring for your loved one requires not just an understanding of symptoms, but an understanding of people. Our secured campus offers specialized care options, including extended/skilled nursing care, memory care and residential care.

Rose Linn Care Center specializes in providing solutions for people who have disabilities or chronic illnesses and for residents diagnosed with late-stage Alzheimer’s or other related dementias. Chronic illnesses or dementia prevent most residents from being able to perform certain basic activities of daily living – bathing, dressing, grooming and eating – without the help of others. Rose Linn Care Center provides 24-hour supervision and nursing to our residents.

We recognize that our residents don’t always come to us by choice, but by necessity. Based on each resident’s needs, their doctor’s recommendations, and input from the resident’s responsible party, we’ll develop a care plan that helps each person live life to the fullest – every day. Rose Linn Vintage Place offers residential care apartments. Residential living is the perfect choice for those who need assistance with their activities of daily living – bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, mobility, medications, and other services – to remain as independent as possible. Our licensed residential care apartments are available as studios, one bedrooms, or shared apartments with trained staff who provide personalized support services on a flexible schedule. Residents are encouraged to do as much as possible for themselves.
