Easy Living Country Estates is a facility with both an attractive décor and spacious environment that can comfortably accommodate up to 60 residents. It is nestled on 7.5 rural acres near New Stanton, PA with immediate access to the PA turnpike, Interstate 70, Route 119, and just minutes from the city of Greensburg.
Residents, individuals or couples live in apartment’s independent from the Personal Care environment. They select participation in their personal daily activities without supervision and are welcome to join daily meals and social activities in the Personal Care Home. Cleaning and maintenance of these apartments are included services. Independent Living residents may maintain personal transportation or use the Westmoreland County Transit Authority “Senior Shared Ride” cab. Postal service delivery daily. Free use of laundry room. Easy Living Country Estates management is always available for assistance acquiring health care or other public services.
Personal Care services are provided for individuals unable to perform activities of daily living without assistance, whether due to a decline in mental or physical health. Personal Care residents require help with one or more activities of daily living (bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation & feeding or medication administration.) Assistance is also available with instrumental daily activities (socialization, transportation, phone use, laundry services, scheduling appointments or assistance with financial matters.)
Home Health services are an integral component of personal care. It is a tremendous benefit to the residents with health problems. Personal Care facilities are considered your home residence, therefore home health services qualify for Medicare payments.
A “Plan of Care” is developed with the physician who then approves all the care and therapies that are to be provided to the resident while residing at Easy Living Country Estates. The home care nurses and therapists work with our staff on instructions and assistance for all procedures. It is your choice which agency you wish to provide the service(s) for your home health care needs. The following services are offered:

Residents participate in fun and lively activities at Easy Living Country Estates, all designed to create a feeling of community and a sense of fulfillment. Our activities encompass a broad variety of interests, ranging from relaxing walks around our grounds to on-site events, religious services, and weekly live entertainment.
Our inviting lounges offer both cable television and comfortable seating. We play dominoes, puzzles, cards, and checkers. Daily Trib Review Newspapers are available on each floor. Residents also have access to our Library and beautiful Solarium located on the first floor.
Our luxurious theater and music room features a large movie projection screen with Blue-ray. The residents enjoy bingo games, Price is Right, and Tea Parties. In addition we have monthly Ice Cream Socials, Live Musical Entertainment, and Pet Therapy.
Our spacious game room features dome hockey, air hockey, bumper pool, foosball, shuffleboard, basketball and a billiards table that is especially popular for tournaments. Residents and family members are welcome to participate.

A post office, doctor’s office, exercise bikes and a “Sit n Be Fit” exercise program are all available on the premises for resident convenience.
