Juniper Village at Lebanon Senior Living is a three building campus on 15 beautiful acres and conveniently located in South Lebanon Township, just east of the city of Lebanon. Our personal care community features 81 private and semi-private rooms, each with private bath, kitchenettes, and individually controlled heating and cooling.

Our independent senior living community is located right next door and features 40 large, bright one and two bedroom apartments. We have apartments located both on the ground floor and on the second floor, for those who still want the exercise of stairs! Unlike many other independent living communities in the area, there is no upfront buy-in for our apartments. We offer a simple lease agreement with the comfort of knowing that if you need it, our personal care community is just a few steps away.

We offer award winning care and service via Juniper’s nine Signature Programs including our individualized Connections activities program and our innovative Connect4Life program for resident well-being.  Through our Connect4Life program we provide coordinated clinical and wellness care on-site including primary care and physical and occupational therapy.

We regularly monitor health care needs and include residents, their loved ones if they chose and our front line caregivers in conferences to discuss our plans for meeting needs and hopefully, fulfilling desires for personalized care. We have implemented a Personal Care Home program of consistent assignments for our caregivers to provide consistency and continuity of care. We also are proud to use the nationally acclaimed Best Friends program which pairs a resident and an Associate and affords them the chance to build a relationship over time.

Helping Hands and Extended Care Programs: These programs are available for our residents requiring assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and grooming. We are committed to providing the individualized services our residents need.

• Monthly health monitoring & medical concierge services including scheduling and reminding of health-related appointments.
• Specially trained, licensed nursing professionals on call 24 hours per day, with ability to accommodate aging in place.
• Scheduled transportation services for shopping, dining and special events.
• Daily housekeeping and weekly laundry and linen services plus cable TV and wifi throughout the community.
• On-site Fitness Center, therapy gym, medical suite and spa for wellness and pampering services.
