Alliance Adult Living offers affordable in-home care services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for those who need it. You’ll work with a care coordinator at your local office to set a care schedule.

Personal Care Homes (PCHs) are residences that provide shelter, meals, supervision and assistance with personal care tasks, typically for older people, or people with physical, behavioral health, or cognitive disabilities who are unable to care for themselves but do not need nursing home or medical care. While available services vary and are based on the individual needs of each resident. We meet with each resident and their family prior to moving in for a special care assessment. Based on each resident’s unique care needs and preferences, the Alliance team develops an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) to provide personalized assistance with certain tasks such as:
- Personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Medication Administration
- Three delicious meals served daily in our elegant dining room
- Snacks and beverages throughout the day
- Professional nurse available or on call 24 hours
- Caring staff on-site 24 hours
- Hourly safety checks
- Daily towel service and weekly linen services
- Valet laundry & housekeeping services
- Home visits by a geriatric physician
- Recreational, social, physical, creative, educational/cultural, spiritual activities
- Wellness visits from nurse
- Arrangement of additional health care services and diagnostic testing
