Owned by an RN with 30 years experience, Carriage Manor is committed to providing a higher level of care and can accommodate residents that other personal care homes cannot.
Physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants oversee the medical care of the residents at Carriage Manor. Local area physicians assess and evaluate residents to provide medication management and wound care treatment on a continuing basis. Residents and family members may also have their own physicians visit.
Three homemade meals a day served with snacks and multiple celebrations throughout the month. Ice cream socials, birthday celebrations, holiday celebrations. Families may bring resident’s favorite foods or make requests. Residents are actively involved with planning meals through resident council meetings.
We have a full time activities director on staff, so there is always something to do. Residents will enjoy creating art projects, playing trivia from the past, celebrating different decades with events like prom, and playing games like bingo. Twice a week visits, sermons with spiritual leaders and outside entertainers are all included. During the holidays of we host holiday themed craft sessions and events. Exercise classes and movie nights are held three times per week.
