[Music] my mother always told me when I got this job to think of myself in their place and put myself in their place and how I would want to be treated I love the relationships I have with my coworkers I love the relationships I have with my residence what we do here in tension I think has a lot of many different facets some days with plumbers some days where electricians are the days you might just be an ear to listen I think the most important part of working here of intention is the residents because we consider them friends and not only friends the extended family also I do what I do here mainly because I love this place and I love the people that are here and I I am in nursing but I am excited to be a nurse here I feel like this is our company and I feel like we really get a chance to make something of ourselves what makes Vincentian a wonderful place is there really is a family spirit here that I don't think exists in too many other places to imitate Christ and in service and to serve others it's most important for me it makes me come to work every day I think is the simple fact that I love working here I love the people I especially love the residents we have a great team of people here we will work well together and it's just a great time to get up in the morning and a great place to come to our teams are really hard to help our residents get to those important events in their lives in particular our team comes together they aids in the social worker and the nurses to help residents get out to weddings and different family events to see their grandchildren because if in such and that's important and it's all about living for those [Music] you
