Hidden Meadows on the Ridge

Hidden Meadows was founded in 2008 by two local brothers after managing their mother's care and not finding a local senior living community. They felt compelled to build a local and affordable senior living community for area families. The brothers continue to live in the Sellersville area and frequent the community to visit with staff and residents. Hidden Meadows on the Ridge Senior Living Community is nestled among the woodlands, while conveniently located in Upper Bucks’ County, less than 30 miles north of Philadelphia. We offer a tranquil setting where seniors can maintain their independence with access to professional staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Both residents and families find comfort in knowing that our experienced staff provides personalized services and nursing care. As a pet friendly community, small pets are welcome to reside with their owners in our spacious studio residences.
