Ruth M Smith Center is an outstanding assisted living community in Sheffield, Pennsylvania. It is within colorful Warren County which is part of the Keystone State.
At the very heart of the Ruth M. Smith Center’s mission is a personal care home for the elderly, the disadvantaged, and the challenged citizens of the region. Up to 28 adults reside in three buildings—two ranch style buildings and a 19th century mansion house. In each, residents receive home-style care.
The personal care includes 24-hour adult supervision in each building, meals prepared at the Center and served family style, the administration of medication by trained staff, a daily schedule of planned activities, and general oversight of a resident’s needs and routines.
