“When people come through our doors, they immediately think this place feels like home.” Scott hopes to give the facility a more lodge-like feel over time, adding to its already splendid atmosphere. The residents at Lakeview already have a lot of great scenery to look at around the facility including a gorgeous lounge, which incorporates a birdcage in one corner. Residents and staff alike can also look across Hamlin Lake from the deck located behind the facility and experience one of the most breathtaking views in all of Smethport. The view offers much of the desired serenity for people in need of skilled nursing or personal care.
