Juniper Village at Brookline Senior Living offers senior living/personal care and memory care on the same campus with an independent living community and a rehabilitation and skilled care facility.  Brookline senior living’s campus is located in State College, PA, near the towns of University Park, Boalsburg, Pleasant Gap, Bellefonte, and Centre Hall.

The community is located on a stunning 22 acre campus which offers landscaped walking paths, beautiful gardens, gazebo, and many other spots to stop and enjoy mother nature!

Our campus is home to approximately 240 mature, vibrant adults. It is a place where our team of compassionate professionals nurture the spirit of life in each individual through Juniper’s distinctive programs that encourage active bodies, engaged minds and fulfilled spirits. At Juniper Village, we believe that the keys to healthy aging are keeping fit and staying socially connected.

And within every community on our campus, we offer award winning care and service via Juniper’s nine Signature Programs including our individualized Connections activities program and our innovative Connect4Life program for resident well-being.  Through our Connect4Life program we provide coordinated clinical and wellness care on-site, throughout our care continuum, including primary care and physical and occupational therapy.

The Inn and Pines our two personal care communities offer eighty-eight spacious one-bedroom and studio suites, each with private bath.  Beautifully appointed, Juniper Village at Brookline provides a warm and gracious environment with a host of community spaces that offer the opportunity for all types of connections in your third act!  Our community features cozy living spaces, beauty salon services, nicely landscaped walking paths, a spacious courtyard and two outside porches.

Juniper Village at Brookline Wellspring Memory Care Community is located about a mile off the main campus.  Our Wellspring Memory Care community is a caring, secured, purposely built assisted living community for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Through a life-affirming, therapeutic environment, we emphasize strengths and support wellness. We extend our sense of community to all those who are touched by the disease, providing opportunities to support body, mind and spirit.

Our memory care residence features two uniquely designed small neighborhoods, each with its own living room, dining room, kitchen and private bedrooms, with private bath. Meals are enjoyed together in the homelike dining area within each. After a meal, a stroll around gardens or just sitting on the front porch further the small home atmosphere of Juniper Village at Brookline. And recent research has shown that the small house model of memory care fosters well-being and even happiness.

Our dedicated staff, each specially-trained in dementia care, provides each resident individualized assistance with activities of daily living in our secure, comfortable home-like environment; including a secured, outdoor courtyard and garden. Wellspring is a calming place designed with resident safety in mind.
