[Music] movement you know keeping you moving I like to stay active and keep agile wellness to me is multi-dimensional it really is each person finding out where their best sense of self is all the seven dimensions of wellness are woven into the fabric we've got 16 formal programs and we run 28 to 33 classes a week we have a lot of choices in our exercise program so we have Pilates yoga tai chi standing high-intensity aerobics aquatic classes we've got a dance for Parkinson's a brain aerobics program I do the standing aerobics and we're we don't sit for 15 minutes we're removing so in our new plan and our new construction in a beautiful courtyard space where we're going to take programming outside and we're going to allow people to socialize and be in touch with the environment while at the same time addressing their physical sense in the class so we had a series called alternate therapies we brought in a group and Therese meditations we have worship service every Friday but we also recognize all faiths we embrace anything well I see confidence energy passion sort of they come to life I was not coordinated when I was a kid but see I sat now I develop my self-confidence so I look at that way we have several residents that are well into their 90's that actively participate in many of the programs I do the weight room I do the treadmill the opportunities we're going to have a meadow we have been a lot of opportunities that will be elsewhere our lap pool it has a 30-foot door that opens 10 feet of glass that opens completely to a patio with a fire pit to stream in upon and so we've really been mindful of that indoor/outdoor connection and leveraging the dimensions of wellness not every place does that in my 11 years here I have never seen as many people get involved as quickly as they do now I think I'm working on 8 or 9 machines already I came here and I got started and so I just kept going you
