We not only offer Assisted Living and Skilled Care in our fully modernized facility, we also offer a full slate of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to all area residents.
The Assisted Living facilities at Centerville Care and Rehab are second to none. We have 14 private and semi-private, well-appointed rooms available. All rooms are bright and cheery with large windows overlooking our ground and the beautiful city park next door. Rooms may be painted and decorated to suit each resident's personal preferences. Our goal is to provide everyone a clean, comfortable feeling of home.
The overall facility offers an on-site kitchen for cooking personal meals, chapel, sun room, beauty shop, laundry facility and large cafeteria area for group meals, if desired. We also have a large outdoor patio area, garden and flower beds as well as a vegetable garden area for those interested in outdoor activities. In addition, we are located adjacent to a large city park complete with miniature golf, swimming pool and picnic facilities. The high school football team practices and plays just outside our windows and a next door daycare center offers integrated activities.
Residents of our Assisted Living facility have access to our 24-hour-a-day medical staff including up to 18 hours a week of hands-on nursing care such as nebulizer treatments, diabetic management or medication administration. Our on-site Therapy Room and full team of therapists can take care of any needs without leaving the building.
The Skilled Care services offered by Centerville Care and Rehab combine the best in medical and rehabilitation training with a homey atmosphere and a caring staff. We strive to ensure that all of our residents not only receive the skilled nursing care they need, but that they also feel like they are part of the "family" atmosphere we work hard at maintaining in our facility.
Our Skilled Care wing offers a total of 40 beds in double rooms. All rooms are outfitted with a call light system and our nurse's station is centrally located to ensure quick response to any resident needs.
Our facility also offers a chapel, sun room, beauty shop, laundry facility and large, homey cafeteria area for group meals. We also have a large outdoor patio area, garden and flower beds as well as a vegetable garden area for those interested in outdoor activities. We offer a full slate of inpatient and outpatient therapy services in our dedicated Therapy Wing. Through AEGIS, we bring in superior physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals to ensure the highest quality of rehabilitation care. We treat patients of all ages for everything from inpatient physical therapy after a major surgery to sports medicine injuries for teenagers.
