Residents receive assistance with meal preparation, medications, bathing and other daily tasks. Assisted living residents have opportunity to participate in all activities and opportunities of Sunset Manor.
Long-term care is delivered in a home-link environment with individualized care and daily activities that address care for the whole person - physically, socially and spiritually. Licensed and certified staff provide skilled and compassionate care 24/7, and rehabilitative care is available as directed by physicians.
Sunrise Villa is a long-term rehabilitative care program that provides specialized treatment for individuals who have sustained a brain injury. Apartments include a kitchenette, living room bedroom and bathroom. Therapy and rehabilitation services are provided as directed by the physician.
Vocational services are provided through Ability Building Services in Yankton, SD, giving opportunities to develop skills in areas of interest, and residents take part in activities such as shopping, entertainment and social events.
