We provide 24 hour care and assistance in a small, easy to navigate facility. Our staff is trained to meet the unique needs of individuals with dementia. All individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
Our small facility offers a better ratio of aide to resident care. It allows the staff to personally know each individual resident and their families. We are able to provide that "at home" feeling and it starts the moment you walk in the door.

The staff at Country View is trained to assist residents with personal care such as bathing, showering, toileting, and dental hygiene. Foot care and nail management is provided by the facility nurses at no extra charge.
We are a small home like facility. We have a living room, a large dining area with a family equipped with recliners and a flat screen TV. Our rooms are a suite concept. We have 16 individual rooms each suite has 2 private rooms with a shared sitting/living room and a shared bathroom. The bathroom is a full bath including a shower. We also have a secure patio area on each wing of the center. We also have a large bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, walk in whirlpool bath and a shower.
