Swan Manor is a recently renovated secured assisted living facility.
Our assisted residents enjoy a comfortable, clean and safe space just like home but trained assistants nearby should they need it. Each apartment is fully equipped with conveninces necessary for daily living such as a small refrigerator, microwave oven, two half-baths, sunny windows, a walk-in shower with chair and grab bars, two large closets with upper and lower storage, individually controlled termperature settings.
They can also use a variety of services to help them with the activities of daily living, including medication management, assistance with dressing or bathing, and others.
You need not worry about personal housekeeping or washing linens, we take care of that. Cable/telephone access points are also available, water and electric charges are included.
