In a small Assisted Living Facility such as Park Place, we do not focus on "Levels Of Care". While we do maintain a detailed Care Plan for each resident, our focus is on their needs rather than on the "Points" they are accumulating. It is more practical for a small facility to charge a flat monthly rate, while putting our focus on our residents' care, than it is to count "Points". With very, very few exceptions, our flat rate covers everything covered by many "Levels of Care". Park Place has not forgotten the original meaning of "Assisted Living". At Park Place, we assume that our residents need assistance with many different facets of life, which may vary from moment to moment. We at Park Place believe that flexibility and dealing with changing needs of our residents are simply part of the original concept of "Assisted Living". - Our apartments are all private with full bath and a generous walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Our showers are designed for easy wheelchair access.
- Every apartment opens onto a covered patio with room for patio furniture and potted plants perfect for enjoying the out-of-doors.
- Our spacious common areas provide a comfortable spot to visit with friends and family, read a book, or enjoy games or other activities.
- Basic cable television and WiFi is provided at no charge. All rooms are wired for private telephone service if desired.
