AlzCare offers our residents two living options based on their specific medical needs. Our Assisted Living Unit is designed for the more capable resident, with individual efficiency apartments and a communal living and dining area. At AlzCare, we have a special passion for senior care. From the location and unit design, to the people we choose to care for your loved one, every aspect of our facility is designed to provide our residents with the outstanding level of care that they deserve. Our Memory Care Unity is designed to care for individuals suffering from forms of dementia; with private and semi-private rooms, a low patient:caregiver ratio, and a high standard of care.

Our beautiful, homelike Assisted Living facility is designed to meet the needs of seniors requiring mild to moderate assistance. The Assisted Living facility features individual efficiency apartments that include:
- Huge bathrooms with walk in showers
- Wheelchair and walker accessible
- Microwave, refrigerator and cabinet space for snacks
- Bedroom with built in bookshelves and TV cabinet
- Can be decorated by resident
Dealing with memory issues is a difficult and scary time for patients and their families! The entire staff at AlzCare has a special passion for senior care and our Director has almost 3 decades of experience in the field. Our staff is hand-picked to meet the special needs of memory care patients and are required to attend monthly trainings on specialty care.
Our facility and staff are trained to offer quality care to residents suffering from issues relating to all the different kinds of dementia, Alzheimer’s, alcoholism, Lewy Body, and other memory related issues. Our program is designed to allow residents to “age in place” in a warm, homelike, and loving environment.
Our beautiful, homelike facility is located on three, beautiful acres and surrounded by nature. The facility features:
- 16 Beds
- Private and semi private rooms
- Meal accommodations including special needs diets
- 3:16+ caregiver to patient ratio
Our communal living and dining area is the perfect place for residents to gather for group activities, meals, and social interaction. All meals are prepared by experienced cooks and feature seasonal menus hand prepared with fresh ingredients. Our Engagement Coordinator is on site offering residents an array of activities including games, arts and crafts, live music, special entertainment, and off-site field trips.
To meet the needs of our residents, we offer daily cleaning services, weekly laundry services, meal accommodations, medication administration, and a full-time RN and two full-time LVNs.
Deciding on the best facility for your loved one can be a difficult and painful process. We’ve designed our assessment process to be as stress free as possible for you and for your loved one. We begin with an initial meeting with the family to discuss the patient’s needs and any concerns you might have. Next we’ll meet with the potential resident in their current environment. We’ve found that this will allow the patient to be more comfortable and remove any potential stress triggers. We’ll evaluate the patient’s physical abilities and mental capacities to determine if our facility can provide them with the safe care that they deserve.
Next, we’ll have a follow up meeting with the family to access the different options available. If it’s determined that AlzCare is a good fit for your loved one, we’ll coordinate with his/her doctors to make sure our care plan is tailored to his/her specific and unique needs.
