Colonial Oaks at Braeswood is a magnificent assisted living community in Houston, Texas. It is within charming Harris County which is part of the Lone Star State.
Colonial Oaks Memory Care understands the stress a family experiences when they are making difficult decisions for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia. With many years of experience, our Houston staff is available to answer any questions you might have about dementia or Alzheimer’s. Our Community Relations Director has experienced caring for a parent with dementia, and having this experience she can relate directly to residents’ family members and the decisions they have to make.
We offer a wide variety of activities to engage every resident and stimulate their mind and memory. Our Rhythm of the Day® program provides a happy and healthy environment in which our memory care residents flourish.
There is a difference in care among memory care facilities. Colonial Oaks’ primary referral source is the families of our residents. We are very proud of that.
