Colonial Oaks Memory Care at Westchase is a residential-style assisted living community in the Westchase neighborhood of Houston built and designed for seniors with memory loss.

Colonial Oak’s assisted living program provides extra care and support for those who may no longer be safe to live at home alone, but still want to maintain independence. You’ll reside in your own apartment and live as independently as possible through the supportive services of our staff, your physician, family and friends.
