I'm Susan Adam and I've been in university place since 1998 and I came with my husband it was a second smartest thing we'd ever done the first smartest was to get married but the second smartest was to move here we had been here almost 13 years now we've loved it we've been very happy here it was a good good decision well I think one of the things that really attracts people the University place is the fact that there are a wonderful group of people here the people are so friendly here they always have been and we've made friends here everything at University Place is worth coming here for we have all kinds of activities we have hospital office buildings so when I need to go to the doctor I just walk out side door and either walk over there or I take our little cart the activities are really awesome because we have Houston Baptist University next door we have a wonderful friendship with them and their people come to us and we go to programs at their place included in our monthly fee is membership in the Wellness Center which is located on the edge of our campus and we can go over there and take advantage of their machines and their exercise programs and if you do not wish to go over there why they have a lady who comes over here and see my wife and I came here three years ago three and a half years ago I've never been more happy than that means it's coming here one of the nice things about this place is the ability to follow my hobbies trio that I play with a zipper on at least three concerts here over the last three years I have lived here for the year actor dopant which was in 1990 have had a thoroughly wonderful life here because we have a place where we can garden it's been asked that everyone has their patio and you'll see people drinking their morning coffee out on their patio and we went to about six different retirement homes and I chose the University Place as my favorite and and the reason I took it they had three of the things I really wanted when I moved in any place I wanted independent living I wanted assisted living and I wanted full care so that I didn't have to move again and it was here and then I went he called wanted a washer and dryer for sure those who are the requirements they were here so then I decided I'd like to here look at all the amenities well they are endless the food at University Place that's probably the most important thing in any retirement community the quality of the food is always good and most of the time that's what I want to eat they'll drive me to church they'll take me to the drugstore twice a week food source three times a week and if we periodically to a mall we get to go there and then if there are any attractions that the museum or the symphony don't try to get us there now this kind of sounds like a commercial but it's all the way I feel about it I've made the right choice and I love it and I think if anybody's interested in moving this is a great place and it's just a really really nice place to live it must be or I wouldn't have stayed here for twenty years you
