Our Breezewood residential care home provides skilled quality care for seniors. Our home is located in the residential neighborhood of Lewisville Texas. Breezewood residential care home is outfitted to be handicap accessible. We meet all ADA requirements for Both A and B assisted living facilities.
Our Home Care Staff have over 20 years Care Services experience, are trained and certified per the state of Texas requirements. They provide care for each resident under the directions, instructions and support of each resident's individual Visiting Skilled Services professionals: Doctors, Nurses and Therapists, plus family in-put on resident's interests, likes and dislikes; while providing one-on-one daily living care and support.
Our trained and experienced caregivers provide compassionate, individualized personal care along with quality meals and housekeeping.
Our home and staff provide loving and experienced care for residents with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, COPD - Tracheotomy/Suctioning, Wound care, Diabetes, Renal issues, Cancer, etc. Pain management, Continence/In-continence, G/J-Tube Feeding/Diet and of-course Hospice care. Use of all equipment: Scooters, wheel chairs, walkers, Oxygen, Hoyer/transfer, etc.
We provide care for Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke, and all other ailments that do not require round the clock skilled nursing.
We understand that each individual needs and preferences are different therefore we personalize each individuals' care according to their needs.
We provide assistance with activities of daily living like bathing; dressing and laundry .We help our residents maintain as much independence as they can much dignity in their daily activities as possible.
We make arrangements for house-call physicians, home health care nurses, physical and occupational therapists, hospice and any other services that each case may demand. We partner with some of the best and well known reputable companies in our area to provide that which we may not be able to in house.
Respite care in our home allows you to bring your loved one for a short stay with no obligation. It could be just a weekend, a few days during the week or longer as you take that valued vacation, or daycare to as you run your chores with peace of mind knowing your loved one is safe and well cared for.
Our staff ratio is 1:3.
We offer 3 nutritious meals and 2 snacks in a 24 hour cycle and make sure all our residents remain hydrated throughout.
We provide individual and shared room. We allow each resident and members of the family to furnish and decorate the room or space to make it feel like your loved one never left home. We also provide 24 hours monitored security.
Each of our rooms is cable ready and the whole house has free WIFI for the residents.
We offer daily personalized wellness exercises as tolerated. Available activities include but not limited to board games, music therapy, and yoga among others. We have a large-screen television in our living area that offer a wide selection of channels for throughout the day viewing. Each or rooms are cable ready with WIFI available throughout our home.
We serve delicious, balanced home-cooked meals, with snacks provided between meals. We encourage drinking fluids to maintain healthy hydration throughout the day. We cater to special diets as each case may demand.
Religious and spiritual services are arranged on individual request.
