Each apartment is equipped with emergency pull-cords, a fully private bath & kitchenette, containing a microwave, mini-refrigerator and sink. Rooms are unfurnished and we encourage you to bring your own personal touch. We also have apartments with private courtyards to give you your own personal patio, garden area and area to accommodate your pets. College Place combines the living units with a full range of thoughtful services and outstanding amenities - offering a senior adult lifestyle that is second to none.
You are provided three delicious, well-balanced meals, daily snacks, maid and laundry service, maintenance, 24 hour staffing, a security alarm system and much more. Scheduled transportation is available to your doctor appointments, shopping trips and exciting destinations in Texas. Amenities include the unbeatable convenience of an on-site beauty/barber shop, an arts and crafts room, along with private conference and dining rooms. A complete physical therapy and exercise area with whirlpool is available at our neighboring nursing facility, and appointments can be coordinated with our occupational therapy, speech therapy and physical therapy in-house staff.
At College Place, you will have everything you need to enjoy your independence. Our staff of Certified Medication Aides, Certified Nurse Aides and Resident Attendants will provide assistance with meals, medication, bathing and other daily chores as needed. All complete services are available at one low monthly fee. There is no long term contract to sign. Your rental is on a month-to-month basis with simple, up-front and understandable paperwork.
