Cardinal Senior Living offers various services to meet the unique needs of each resident. Assisted living refers to one’s need for assistance with daily living tasks all while promoting their highest level of independence. Daily living tasks may include assistance with meal preparation, housekeeping, medication management, bathing, dressing, and more.
Specialized Memory Care services are available for those with progressed dementia or Alzheimer’s who may require additional oversight and support. Trained staff are assigned to ensure the highest quality of care. Activity programs are specifically selected and tailored to conform to the specific interests of each resident and presented in a way that allows them to be actively engaged.
Cardinal can provide different approaches to support including physical assistance (hands on) or supervision (stand-by assistance) with daily living tasks. The objective is for an individual to function at their highest level of independence, while allowing our staff to provide support where necessary. Care services are generally provided by our nursing department staff who primarily consist of Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Medication Aides, and Licensed Practical Nurses.
Life Enrichment refers to our Activities Program. Cardinal believes that having daily activities specifically tailored to our resident’s interests is important and instrumental with quality of life. Social interaction and stimulation is an important ingredient to each individual’s well-being. Therefore, we place a high emphasis on ensuring a dynamic activities program. Activities are conducted onsite at the community and offsite as well.
Living with a community of people and meeting new friends makes the days more enjoyable. Our staff is dedicated and enjoy providing loving and compassionate care to each resident as if they where their own family.
