[Music] you know I love living in a Shenandoah Valley before all the natural wonders of the region there is something for everyone for example here in the town of Bridgewater there are numerous parks walking trails and scenic places to connect with nature riding my bike with the beautiful mountains as a backdrop is the best way to start my day my kids are always asking dad where do you get your energy I've always been an active person I like to stay busy and experience new things and living here in Bridgewater there are so many choices hiking fishing bird-watching picnics with friends festivals and concerts my wife enjoys the local shops and restaurants and since we live at Bridgewater retirement community where there is always something going on plus all the events around town our calendar is always full we're also lucky to live so close to Bridgewater College my wife and I have audited classes at the college interacting with the young people listening to the professor's and walking around the college campus is always inspiring and interesting I've lived all over the country and even though we've only lived at Bridgewater for a short time it already feels like home the friendly neighbors and gracious staff made the adjustment easy and like I mentioned before there are many activities tons of events and ways to get involved right here at Bridgewater retirement community they are focused on service now that I don't have to worry about mowing the grass or cleaning the gutters I can spend the time doing what I enjoy [Music] [Music] thanks for saving me a seat just got back from my morning bike ride great what's on the menu today club sandwich we ordered one for you oh thank you the food at Bridgewater is wonderful the chef is so creative my wife and I usually have dinner in the custom room which is the main restaurant here the cuisine is delicious and the service is amazing if I'm in a hurry or I want to meet friends for a casual lunch I come here to Stephens Cafe the menu features an abundance of choices after lunch I'd like to lift a few weights staying healthy and fit is easy here at Bridgewater if it's raining I can always ride a bike here in the fitness center my wife likes the tai chi class this place is filled with energy that's why I like it everyone here is embracing the day and looking forward to tomorrow that's the positive energy I feel at Bridgewater retirement community some people like going into town for shopping or to the movies I like heading to the College listening to guest speakers and imparting my sage wisdom to any student who listened [Music] [Music] how are you doing buddy just fine how are you good nice to see you oh here's Cindy she went shopping why don't you come in for some lemonade oh I'd love to fresh lemonade just made it this morning thank you I've got the best neighbors in the world and there's always room for more why don't you join us at Bridgewater retirement community here if you'll find energy for life [Music] you
