Vi is a Life Plan Community, also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), that provides residents with independent living as well as a continuum of care on-site. This means you have access to our care center for the same monthly fee* as your independent living monthly fee. Charges for extra meals and ancillary items are applied should you move to the care center.
