Independence is the name of the game at Colonial Residence. Here you can live with as much or as little help as you need. We actively promote your independence and, for that reason, our most independent residents pay only the basic monthly rental charge for their apartment, while enjoying the following included services:
- Three Home Style Meals Daily with Choice of Entrees
- In-House Emergency Call System
- Utilities Except Telephone and Internet
- Television Service
- Weekly Housekeeping and Linen Service
- Activities and Weekly Shopping Trips
- 24 Hour Care Team, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
While independence is celebrated, we also understand that our residents’ needs change over time. Additional care services are available in the privacy of your own apartment. Our professional staff provides these services at an additional charge. The most common services include the following:
- Medication assistance provided by our professionally licensed staff
- Bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance, as well as help with toileting and transfers provided by our dedicated care staff
- Additional à la carte services are available on an as-needed basis upon request.
