At Creekstone Care we are not your typical assisted living property. Located in Kennewick, WA, we specialize in a higher level of care. We focus on residents with mild to moderate dementia, those that struggle with mobility from a stroke or obesity and other specific ailments that need more attention. A few of our most unique characteristics is that we have 1 caregiver for 7 residents, and our property consists of four cottages that offer a home-style atmosphere. Our entire staff has been trained and certified with Management Level Dementia Training.
Creekstone Care Assisted Living is a different kind of assisted living property. It’s a relatively small property, which allows us to focus on individualized care and support. At present we have room for 28 residents in our property. We offer 4 modular, home-style units, where 7 residents share common areas. Each resident gets their own private room and private bathroom properties. Meals are served in a bed and breakfast style atmosphere. A caregiver is associated with each unit, so the ratio of staff to residents is 1 to 7, providing excellent, individualized care.
We provide round-the-clock service and support. Centrally located in Kennewick, Creekstone is convenient to lots of nearby shopping and entertainment opportunities, as well as a fine local hospital. Each unit features medication management, an emergency call system, full kitchen, common areas for television and activities, and a lovely yard. The properties are quite new, and fully ADA compliant.
