Since we opened our doors in 1991, our mission has been to develop and operate “caring places“, senior care communities that holistically benefit their residents, employees and the communities in which they are located. We create within each care community a compassionate living environment which fosters personal independence, freedom, dignity, privacy, safety, and a sense of well-being.
The Heritage House in Morton is located at the west end of Main Ave., only a few blocks from the hospital. Our small community of 43 residents sits at the end of a quiet neighborhood street, right on the Tilton River, and is surrounded by the beautiful mountains. We offer an active assisted living community, as well as a small, 8 resident memory care neighborhood. The entire community is wrapped around a serene, landscaped courtyard with a gazebo.
All care needs will be assessed and discussed with the administrator, and laid out in the resident’s service plan, which will determine the resident’s care rate. Each person ages differently and has his or her own unique needs. Our service plans are tailored to meet these special needs.
Our life enrichment & activity program is headed by a Washington Health Care Association recognized coordinator who keeps the entire community constantly filled with fun & laughter.
