[Music] exercise it's just always been a part of who I am in the early years those aerobics and running and exercise for the sake of being physically fit now exercise is not only being physically fit but it's being mentally strong I [Music] think rock would really empowers us to be healthy what I really love or the classes I am able to do what I call good yoga not easy it challenges me three times a week here at Rockwood my main fitness goal right now is I really like to take a yoga instructor training course I want that fabulous feeling that comes when you can really pull off a hard yoga pose and you love the strength that your body has in the balance [Music] it's it's a gift from me but if I get really generous I'll try to make it a gift to others to the other aspect here which I've really loved is you begin to find like souls and so I've really now found a new set of friends here that have the same philosophy and value of exercise that I do we have met the most interesting fascinating wonderful people step [Music] age should bring a quiet joy that you can reflect back and then look forward to what you still have yet to do when we actually get the time to enjoy life enjoy people enjoy our children and grandchildren and enjoy each other [Music] you [Music] you
