The Courtyard at Bellevue

The Courtyard at Bellevue is designed and staffed to accommodate our residents’ wide variety of care needs. Frequently these needs include assistance with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing or grooming. Our incontinence program allows residents to maintain dignity and independence. Medication management services are available to assist residents who may be taking a variety of medications daily. Home cooked meals are an important time to gather and socialize. Care plans are personalized for each resident to insure individual attention. Our on-staff licensed nurse will perform regular health assessments so that care plans are kept up-to-date.
