- Activity room where residents can engage in individual activities or have group activities with our activity coordinator. In addition to a wide selection of onsite activities, we also have community activities such as shopping, meals out, special events (trips to New Glarus Bakery, Baumgartner’s, Angel Museum, Tallman House, etc per resident preference and ability to participate)
- Patio, interior courtyard, and space for gardening for residents, cook-outs, and families to have “together time.” Our herbs and veggies are used in our delicious meals and snacks

- We have Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on staff and on site during the week At least one RN is on call 24/7 to support the staff and answer care questions
- Podiatry services are available once per month
- Therapy services are available on site and as needed with a physician’s order
- Home health services are available on site and as needed with a physician’s order
- Hospice services are available on site and as needed with a physician’s order

- Care team/concept of universal workers: typically a majority of our care team is comprised of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Although we will hire caregivers, we prefer CNAs. We provide training on hire and throughout the year to our team but we find that the additional training CNAs have equips them well to work in assisted living. We are very proud that are care staff can focus on CARE. We have dedicated activities, dietary, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to focus on the other services that are needed so our CNAs and caregivers can focus on CARE
- Dietary: we hire seasoned chefs who prepare delicious meals and snacks. We also have dietary assistants to support the chefs throughout the week
- Housekeeping: our trained housekeeping staff help ensure your needs are met and that you have a comfortable and clean home
- Management: our management team included experienced directors with advanced education who are supported on a daily basis by our owners
- Maintenance: maintenance staff is on site at least weekly and more often if needed and by request
- Nursing: We have Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on staff and on site during the week. At least one RN is on call 24/7 to support the staff and answer care questions
