The Ella Besaw Center is an eight-bed class CSA Community Based Residence Facility (CBRF), owned and operated by the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribe since May of 1991. The Center employs a new concept in supportive care for Elders and physically handicapped persons who cannot or chose not to live alone. The purpose is to retain and enhance independence and quality of life...and to preserve family and Community ties. We offer a setting that is as much like "HOME" as possible...a place to feel secure in knowing that someone who cares is near. It is a place to share with others and still maintain privacy.
