Our 34-bed skilled nursing facility with 4,000 square foot therapy gym not only provides the community with a dynamic option for care, but it helps the community as it deals with the increased elderly population and shift in care from the acute care setting. In August 2017, assisted living was added to the service line at Dove Healthcare - South Eau Claire. With a signature health and wellness focus, residents of the assisted living receive personal, supportive care by trained caregivers, and enjoy exclusive services and amenities at one, all-inclusive rate. Our highly qualified staff of professionals and close proximity to local hospitals allows us to provide our patients and residents with a full continuum of care.
