And we know it's not always easy for the family members who take on much of the responsibility for making that change in lifestyle for their loved one.
We are here to assist you through the initial adjustment period. If necessary, we are available to make referrals to appropriate agencies in case of financial, medical, psychiatric, rehabilitative, and/or social concerns that we may not be able to address.
