Several of our Milwaukee area communities offer a secure, more intimate memory care apartment setting with 24-hour staffing to offer the additional support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Through specialized programming, we learn about an individual’s past, then focus on who they are today to encourage what they can do while under our care.
The goal of this specialized care is to maximize the feeling of security and increase the ability to function while minimizing the sense of loss.

You’ll find activities scheduled throughout the day and into the early evening, 7 days per week in all levels of care. In addition, we have a beauty salon, therapy gym, and library, and offer transportation for shopping and outings. There’s something for everyone at Layton Terrace in Greenfield.

- Outings to shopping centers and area restaurants, museums, concert venues, the West Allis Farmers Market, the Boerner Botanical Gardens, and other attractions
- Religious programming including Lutheran and Catholic Mass and Communion Service, vesper services, Rosary hour, and Bible study
Healthy heart, happy taste buds! Our chefs take pride in planning a menu with a senior’s health in mind, while delivering variety and great flavor. Seniors enjoy daily nutritious meals made from scratch with fresh ingredients.
