The Gardens of Hartford offers three floor plans to fit your needs.
Each spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment includes a full kitchen and private bathroom(s). The apartment rental fees include:
- Private bath, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave oven
- Emergency call system
- All utilities including air conditioning with the exception of personal telephone/cable
- Utilities are personally controlled in each apartment for optimum comfort and convenience
- Weekly housekeeping
- Laundry assistance as needed
- Building and unit maintenance
- 24-hour security locks

- Information and referral services
- Keyed mailbox
- One meal daily (residents can purchase full three-meal-per-day plan if not receiving care services. Three-meal plan included with care services.)
In addition to well-appointed apartment homes, the community boasts a number of beautiful common areas including a spacious dining area, private rooms to gather with friends and family, fitness facilities, a library, a beauty salon, and picturesque gardens and outdoor terraces. We also have a full calendar of activities and social outings to keep our residents active.

In addition to comfortable apartments, The Gardens of Hartford is licensed to provide each resident with up to 28 hours per week of supportive, personal, and nursing services to assist with your day-to-day needs.
Your level of care is determined during a comprehensive assessment by our nurse manager prior to moving in. Each care plan is tailored to individual needs and wishes. As health issues arise or conditions change, service levels are reassessed to make sure that your health needs are being met.
