Kenosha Place has the highest standards of care for seniors in an environment that feels like home.

Each resident will be clinically assessed to assist in developing an individual service plan (ISP) which is reflective of their individual care needs. Residents, family members, and staff are involved in the development of the ISP. Care is offered based upon resident need. We encourage all residents to function as independently as possible everyday.

Kenosha Place believes that assisted living services are best provided in a homelike environment. This intimate setting allows residents an easier transition from home and promotes strong social relationships among residents and caregivers.

Kenosha Place offers services specifically designed for residents experiencing some form of memory loss. These programs provide a secure environment to promote dignity, independence and choice.

Residents can participate in a wide variety of life enrichment activities to enhance quality of life. Our staff receives specialized training in caring for residents who require memory support. Our memory care setting is beautifully decorated to make our community feel like home. Our large windows and skylights bring in natural light. All entry and exit doors are safely secured.

Kenosha Place is designed and staffed to accommodate our residents’ wide variety of care needs. Frequently these needs include assistance with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing or grooming. Kenosha Place is staffed with loving caregivers that receive extensive training and understand each resident is unique. We nurture a healthy and vibrant lifestyle in a wonderfully caring environment.

Our incontinence program allows residents to maintain dignity and independence. Medication management services are available to assist residents who may be taking a variety of medications daily. Home cooked meals are an important time to gather and socialize. Care plans are personalized for each resident to insure individual attention. Our on-staff licensed nurse will perform regular health assessments so that care plans are kept up-to-date.

Our Life Enrichment team plans and leads daily life enrichment activities for our residents. We identify lifelong interests, activities, and hobbies for each resident and encourage daily resident participation. Morning stretch, live entertainment, bingo, wii bowling, tai chi, religious services and off-site community events are just a few activities that our residents are able to choose from. Family and friends are always encouraged to participate with their loved ones. We strive to keep all residents socially engaged and physically active everyday.

Let us do all of the cooking while you enjoy a social setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks are available throughout the day. We encourage families to join their loved one for special occasions such as a birthday or anniversary. The Private dining room (located in our memory care community) is available for reservation.
