Kettle Moraine Gardens is a family run, locally owned, CBRF residence, located in a small town setting. The homes have both single and double suites equipped with all the features to meet the special needs of your loved one.
We put a strong emphasis on wellness and healthy-living for all of our residents. Our residents enjoy a caring environment with three meals daily in a beautiful dining facility. They also enjoy opportunities to participate in social and recreational activities, as well as interfaith spiritual programs.
Our mission is to provide high quality, affordable care within the Holistic Model, touching the residents physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Working with the resident and their family, we develop an individualized plan of care to enhance their quality of life. We will provide that care based on Christian principles with trained and dedicated staff. We are a family run and operated assisted living community with experienced Registered Nurses skilled in the assisted living setting.

Residential care apartments provide care in a more home-like setting with assistance for medications and other activities of daily life. They can provide an excellent setting for those who do not want to live in a larger community but still require a level of assistance similar to that offered by an assisted living facility or a nursing home. Each apartment is complete with kitchen, sleeping and living areas, and private bathrooms.
