Fieldcrest Manor is a 20-bed assisted-living residence that has been operating in the Manitowoc community for more than 25 years. We offer a monthly pricing structure—not a points system—that includes services for daily living, including:
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance
- Laundry services
- Medication management
- Full-service breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with snacks
- Individual climate control by room
- Daily life enrichment activities, outings and events
We also provide (or can arrange for) specialty services that cover almost anything a resident may need or want now or in the future. These services and the costs associated with them, are provided up-front to prospective residents and their families.
The safety and comfort of our residents is a priority of the staff and ownership of Fieldcrest Manor. Our community is equipped with:
- A 24-hour support staff
- Alarm pendants
- Call alarms throughout the building
- A sprinkler system throughout the building
- Hallway smoke alarms and carbon monoxide sensors
- CBRF-certified caregivers—some of whom have been with us since the facility opened
