Magnolia Meadows is a 19-room assisted-living residence that has been serving the Manitowoc, Wisconsin community for almost 20 years. Through the passionate pursuit of excellent care and superior service, we help make the treasured years of our residents fulfilling, purposeful and enjoyable through community activities and a warm, inviting environment. Our warm, welcoming community has the perfect balance of private and public living space, making it as quaint as it is functional—like home. Socialize with residents or participate in daily activities in the common areas or retreat to your private room for quiet time or sleeping.
Our attentive and compassionate caregivers can provide as little or as much assistance with activities of daily living as our residents require, along with a robust offering of programs and services to help residents enjoy life and stay safe and comfortable. We are equipped to provide increasing levels of assistance, so residents and family members can rest easy knowing that all of their needs can be met right here—without moving to another location.
Our homey property gives residents the perfect balance of private and community amenities. Residents have the private living space they need, with an array of community amenities at an arm’s reach. Each day we have a schedule of activities planned that focus on healthy living and engage the mind, body and spirit.
Each resident will receive a Level of Care (LOC) assessment prior to admission, and periodically during their stay, in order to promote the highest level of independence and to calculate a pricing structure based on an individual’s specific needs. We also provide (or can arrange for) specialty services that cover almost anything a resident may need or want now or in the future. These services and the costs associated with them, are provided up-front to prospective residents and their families so that you can choose what works best for your individual or loved one’s needs.
Our basic pricing structure includes services and amenities for daily living, including:
- Meals (3 per day)
- Laundry
- Housekeeping
- Activities
- Medication management
- Our rooms provide private bedrooms and bathrooms, along with:
- Free wi-fi
- Cable hookups
- In-room emergency call lights
The safety and comfort of our residents is a priority of the staff and ownership of Magnolia Meadows. Our community is equipped with:

- Wheelchair-accessible community
- Magnetic door alarms on all exit doors
