Markesan Resident Home’s Skilled Nursing unit is for residents who need specialized rehabilitative nursing care throughout their daily lives. Personal and attentive care with an emphasis on privacy is provided around the clock and staffed with 24 hour RN’s and LPN’s.
Anna’s House Memory Care Center supports older adults with Alzheimer’s disease and related memory impairments. Residents are cared for in a safe, compassionate and supportive environment by specially trained staff members who are available continuously.
With a focus on assisting patients in recovery and enhancing mobility, our team of certified therapists, collaborate with patients’ doctors and health professionals to develop a strategy for a customized therapy and wellness plan. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies are provided on-site for residents and community members.
At Home Care allows individuals with special needs to continue residing in their home with the support of personal care.
