Levels of Care
Basic
Basic level of care provides medication management, three meals a day with snacks, daily activities, laundry services, housekeeping and assistance with daily living skills.
Enhanced
Enhanced level of care includes all features of basic level of care with an enhancement in assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming and incontinence services. At the enhanced level the resident may be wheelchair bound or ambulatory with or without a walker.
Advanced
Advanced level of care may be complex and offers all basic and enhanced levels of care with the enhancements of full dressing and undressing, all bath care and toileting needs, transferring, full assistance in eating and drinking and may include the use of home health, hospice, and around the clock extra attention from staff as needed.
Respite Care
Respite Care is for the care giver needing placement for a loved one at a minimum of 4 days. We offer the Basic Level through Advanced levels of care. Prices vary based on care level need and is charged by the day.
In addition to these above levels of care, our facility is welcome to Home Health Care agencies and Hospice agencies offering additional support. Home Health agencies are available to offer wound care, physical, occupational and speech therapies under the guidance of the residents primary care physician. Hospice Agencies can offer a resident the opportunity to stay in their home while coming to the end of their life’s’ journey. They work with our staff and the resident’s primary care physician to offer pain management and comfort measures.
