Highland House offers assisted living services to seniors and their families in Watertown and Waterloo. By providing personalized attention in an intimate residential setting, we are able to provide support for seniors who need a little more day to day assistance. Highland House locations offer 24-hour compassionate and individualized care provided by a caring team of trained individuals.
Our Watertown location is licensed as a CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility) with spacious private rooms including living quarters and a half-bath, while Waterloo is licensed as an RCAC (Residential Care Apartment Complex) with spacious private rooms that include living quarters, a kitchenette with appliances and a full bathroom with a shower. Both offer three different levels of care from basic to advanced.

These assisted living facilities are certified by the State of Wisconsin and services are eligible for Family Care reimbursement.
