The Ingleside Communities campus is located on seven acres of rolling hills on the edge of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, and has been serving families since 1972. We're just a short 15-minute drive from the west side of Madison.
One of the advantages of a larger community like ours is that we can offer several settings with varying levels of service to meet the needs at different stages of life. It is wonderful to see so many people flourish when they move to one of our facilities.
We are pleased to offer a restful, small-town atmosphere where residents and families feel comfortable and at home.
Designed with an independent lifestyle in mind, tenants are free to spend their days as they wish, However they do appreciate a number of planned activities offered each week.
Activities are tailored to tenants interests and abilities, providing opportunities to enjoy life to it's fullest.

Our assisted living residence is designed for older adults who need some assistance with daily personal care and/or memory care. We are located on the beautifully landscaped grounds of Ingleside Communities' campus setting.
Our sixteen-unit Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) was completely renovated in 2014 with sunlight and open spaces in mind. You'll enjoy country views from our inviting four-season sunporch.
Common areas are beautifully decorated and include a lounge, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, dining rooms, and a full-service hair care salon.
If the need arises for outpatient or inpatient therapy, our Core Rehab Therapy Center and our Skilled Nursing facility are just a few steps away for your convenience.
