This facility is in a quiet, rural neighborhood which is within walking distance of Pigeon Creek and Pigeon Falls businesses, parks, local eateries, meat market, and church. Country Ridge Apartments are conveniently located adjacent to the Pigeon Falls Health Care Center. It consists of eight apartments, with a dining area specifically for Country Ridge tenants. Services are based on individual needs and adaptable as the individual changes. It is a part of the Trempealeau County Health Care Center system of person-centered care. Couples are welcome to reside together.
